In fact, we love them so much that we decided to dedicate our blog of the month to them. So please, meet our dear neighbours!
Café Origine was originally the entrance to the hotel’s restaurant. Today, there is no street access to the restaurant, but this is also because the restaurant has changed its concept over the years. Now, it only serves breakfast to HOTEL10 guests and will also host private and corporate events from time to time. Since last year, at the corner of Sherbrooke and Saint-Laurent, the 3rd wave coffee shop offers : delicious coffee from Canadian roaster Pilot, sandwiches, soups and salads and some pastries. You can also access Café Origine from … the hotel restaurant; very convenient for caffeine-hungry customers and good coffee lovers.
Les 7 doigts de la main is a collective of creators whom, in 2018, opened their own creation and production center, just in front of HOTEL10 on Saint-Laurent Boulevard! For us who are huge art lovers and rooters for creativity, this new neighbour is more than just a new address. Les 7 doigts collective space sees that all the dreams of the company grow under one roof. Its 7 founders wish to redefine the contemporary circus and to explore the infinite possibilities offered by the blending of artistic disciplines. You can attend displays as diverse as their creative minds : solo shows, Broadway-inspired musicals, prestigious international collaborations, special events, Olympic ceremonies, immersive experiences, and more. All this, at walking distance from HOTEL10, what luck!
Because we also like to party and have fun, we can count on BLVD44 night club which is located in HOTEL10 at the street level on the boulevard Saint-Laurent. Independent entity although it shares our work area, this popular discotheque is separated in three sections (the main room, the mezzanine and the terrace), each offering its own and unique atmosphere. Suggesting three ambiences, BLVD44 manages to please everyone; both a nightclub with a dance floor and a variety of VIP banquettes, a busy bar, but also a relaxed and quiet place to have a drink with friends. Good news: HOTEL10 guests can access it for free by showing their key card from Friday to Sunday. We hope to see you soon!
Spa Taïs is our newest neighbour and it has just opened its doors on the boulevard Saint-Laurent, in a space left vacant by the former hair salon. HOTEL10 is proud to welcome its new tenant, Spa Taïs, which offers guests a 20% discount on presentation of their key card. Services offered include: massage, body and facial treatments, nail care and hair styling. Perfect for a quick beauty fix or a relaxing break before a night out in the city.
The SHAKER Cuisine & Mixologie chain opened its first branch in Montreal last May on St-Laurent Boulevard, a few steps from HOTEL10, in the former Buonanotte space. It has 250 seats, in addition to a central bar with 40 seats and an outdoor terrace that can accommodate sixty people. SHAKER Cuisine & Mixologie offers customers a ‘bistronomie de luxe’ cuisine as well as a creative and exclusive cocktail menu. Whether it is a business dinner, a 5-7 or a dinner with friends, it is the perfect place for those who appreciate the trendy cuisine in a festive atmosphere with industrial decor, just like us!
Finally, HOTEL10 chose Agnus Dei and its sister company Avec Plaisirs a few years ago as their official supplier of food and drink. It is therefore the dishes and selections of the renowned caterers that you can enjoy in our five meeting rooms, perfect to host all your events and meetings. Also, if you would rather enjoy a meal or a glass of wine with friends, HOTEL10 offers various options: for breakfast, enjoy the buffet offering local and seasonal dishes, for lunch, dinner, or if you want to relax with a glass in hand, BAR20 bistro is waiting for you.
