Designed with contemporary furnishings throughout, the suite offers a spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, anchored by a stunning 70-inch television in the main living space. The luxurious ensuite bathroom features a deep soaker tub and separate glass-walled shower, while a second bathroom on the main floor includes a large dressing table with a double vanity mirror, making it ideal for entertaining or preparing for a special occasion.

Renowned for its unique architectural design and cinematic atmosphere, the suite has also served as a sought-after filming location for numerous television productions, films, and commercial shoots over the years.

SUITE10

Blending industrial elegance with artistic expression, this unique 800-square-foot suite showcases the building’s exposed concrete architecture alongside the striking work of renowned artist Adlan Kaezar.

Celebrating approximately 20 athletes who have left their mark on international sports history, the space offers a distinctive setting for sports-themed gatherings, business meetings, private receptions, intimate celebrations, as well as team-building sessions and brainstorming workshops. The suite features a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a modern luxury bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, and a large walk-in cloakroom.

Designed for both comfort and collaboration, it includes a welcoming lounge area accommodating up to 30 guests, creating an inspiring environment for creative thinking, strategic planning, and team connection. An open-concept kitchenette with a central island offers seating for 10, complemented by a refrigerator, microwave, and popcorn machine.

Three LCD televisions, including one 75-inch screen and two large-screen TVs, complete the experience, making the suite ideal for presentations, game-day events, collaborative workshops, and memorable social occasions.

SUITE2116 CHEZ DÉDÉ, located in the original Godin building and within the same loft occupied by Dédé from 1991 to 1998, will immerse you in the artist’s creative world.

You will find handwritten notes from the artist, quotes, stained glass windows and a mural.

Loft Opus

Designed as a spacious two-room retreat, the Loft Opus features a king-size bedroom, a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with a deep soaker tub and glass-walled shower with chromotherapy lighting, and a separate living area with a sofa, dining table, and kitchenette. Whether enjoying a quiet evening with a glass of whisky or simply soaking in the ambiance, this one-of-a-kind suite captures the spirit, sophistication, and soul of jazz.

Executive Suite

Our five large contemporary two-room suites offer between 665 and 780 square feet of stylishly designed living space, ideal for extended stays or guests seeking additional comfort. Each suite features a private bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a deep soaker tub.

The spacious living room includes a dining table and either a queen bed in four of the suites or a sofa bed in one suite, providing added flexibility for families or small groups. A second bathroom located off the living area features a modern glass-walled shower, enhancing both convenience and privacy.

Furnishings and décor vary by suite, ensuring that each stay offers its own unique character while maintaining the contemporary elegance and comfort synonymous with HOTEL10.

Godin Suite

Located within the historic Godin Building, originally constructed in 1915, this spacious 550-square-foot open-concept suite offers a unique blend of heritage charm and contemporary comfort while overlooking the vibrant energy of Boulevard Saint-Laurent.

Thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and productivity, the space features a king-size bed, a comfortable lounge area, an executive writing desk, and a vintage loveseat that adds character and warmth to the suite. Ample closet space ensures a seamless stay, while the spa-inspired bathroom invites guests to unwind with a deep soaker tub and a modern glass-walled shower.
