Cool alternative to big chains in a great walkable location. Funky decor, cool vibe. We a great deal with a AAA / CAA discount that included breakfast and parking. Denise, who runs the Resto had great customer service, and amazing breakfast buffet, and made us feel right at home.
This was my second stay at Hotel 10 in Montreal. It was a business trip however, we did venture out to explore the city and without hesitation, I say the location is fantastic. Beyond my standard expectations for someone who frequently visits hotels (which were above expectations), it was their restaurant that really stood out for me. Specifically, my breakfasts with Denis (Restaurant Manager) who always goes above and beyond the expected. He is engaging and will have you laughing in no time. My breakfasts with Denis was a fantastic prelude for the rest of my day! I look forward to returning to Hotel 10 for our next general sales meeting in 2019.
Looking for the real difference in hotel experience? Let me sincerely recommend the HOTEL10 in Montreal. Beautiful, large and impressive anamorphic paintings representative of its history will amaze you from one space to another. Everything is presented through art and history within its walls. The buffet breakfast offered by this elegantly furnished hotel is exquisite and hearty, and you will be charmed by the sublime hospitality that you will find there.
The car service the hotel offers is very convenient. Location is great. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and clubs. The staff is very friendly and goes out of there way to help out. I'm very picky about hotels but the beds were very comfortable and no shortage of pillows. They even bring ice to your room. I am definitely coming back next time I'm in Montreal
From start to finish we had an amazing stay at the Hotel 10. We stayed in Suite 2116, a tribute to Dede Fortin, of the well known Quebec band Les Colocs. He at one time had an apartment in this space and the walls are decorated with memorabilia and his writing. The suite was huge, with views looking up Sherbrooke as well as St Laurent, and the bathroom was incredible. The hotel did a very tasteful restoration/resurrection of the very special Godin building which had fallen into disrepair. We can't say enough about the professional, warm, friendly service we received from every member of the Hotel 10 team we encountered during our stay. From the outstanding personalized service of Sabrina d'Alelio and her team on checking in and throughout our stay, to the manager of breakfast services greeting each guest personally every morning, we could not have asked for better service. The buffet breakfast was definitely not your typical hotel breakfast buffet. In addition to the standard fruit, cereal, yogurt, cheese, eggs and bacon were croissants, pain au chocolat, pain perdu, roasted potatoes, roasted vegetables, fluffy quiche-like omelets, salad and baked beans. The location of the hotel is also excellent being right on the corner of St. Laurent and Sherbrooke at the foot of the Plateau near the Quartier de Spectacles.
